Volunteer Opportunities

Tucson Police Volunteers are community members who bring a wide variety of experience, education, skills, and interests to support the department and give back to the community.  You can help build valuable, impactful relationships between the department and our diverse community. 

We have opportunities for both adults and students to be involved, as well as, give you the chance to explore your interest in a possible career in law enforcement.

Adult Volunteers- There are numerous ways you can participate, whether it's helping at community events or in the department, we welcome your support.

Internship- Becoming an Intern affords you a unique opportunity to assist the Tucson Police Department. They help increase police responsiveness, service delivery, and information input, and they provide new program opportunities.  In addition, interns can bring new skills and expertise to the job and prompt new enthusiasm.
